Our terrace in winter:
For many fans of Saas Fee the actual highlight first begins when the low-lying sun paints reflections of light on the Testa Rossa. Guests can bask in the sun while being protected from the wind. Listening to “alpine rock” and chart hits at the après-ski bar in front of the restaurant they can get to know each other better based on the motto: seeing and being seen.
Our cuisine:
The owner himself does the cooking. Seasonal products fresh from the market make the menu so extensive and diverse that everyone is sure to find something to his liking. The house is known for its various cheese and meat fondues which are served with well-known Valais wines. Aside from delectable “Rösti” hash brown potatoes, guests will also find its famous Chateaubriand “Fleur du Rhône” and its very popular Burgundy-style escargots on the menu. The house specialty is steak tartare which is prepared according to taste at your table. Children are also taken good care of here: in addition to a painting set, kids receive a good luck stone with every children’s meal.

Winter: from 11.30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Summer: from 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
